Out early this morning at about sevenish and rode up to Lotherton Hall to meet Vince Macklam and co. and joined their training run, did the circuit from there and then rode back home. The sun shone thoughout though some of the roads were a bit wet and messy in places. Great morning and I'll be back next week if it's not throwing it down. 84 miles in all.

35 miles of rolling roads. Planned a recovery ride at level one but that wind made half of it level two.
